Getting Started
Q: Do I need to create an account?
A: No! MoonFlow works completely offline without any account. Just download and start using it.
Q: Does MoonFlow need internet?
A: No for the main features. Your Moonflow works without the internet. Internet is only needed to restore purchases or buy a premium plan.
Q: How do I restore purchases?
A: Open MoonFlow → Settings-> Premium → Restore Purchases.
Q: I can’t see subscription options / products won’t load
- Check your internet connection
- Try again after a few minutes (store sync can take time)
- Confirm you’re using the same Apple ID used for TestFlight / purchases
- Try Restore Purchases
If it still fails, email us with your device model and iOS version.
Data & Privacy
Q: Where is my data stored?
A: All your data is stored locally on your device. We don't upload anything to the cloud.
Q: Can I export my data?
A: Yes, you can export your data from the app settings at any time.
Q: What happens if I uninstall the app?
A: Your local data will be removed. Make sure to export your data first if you want to keep it.
Q: Can I use MoonFlow on multiple devices?
A: Currently, MoonFlow doesn't support cloud sync. Each device maintains its own data independently.

Q: What can I track with MoonFlow?
A: You can track:
- Menstrual cycles
- Symptoms and moods
- Pregnancy progress
- Basal body temperature
- Weight tracking
- Water intake
- Medications and notes
Q: How accurate are the predictions?
A: Predictions improve over time as you log more cycles. They're based on your personal patterns, but remember that bodies are complex and variations are normal.
Q: Can I customize reminders?
A: Yes, you can set up custom reminders for tracking, medication, and other important dates.
Q:How does Stealth Mode work?
A: Stealth Mode can hide the app behind a calculator-style icon. You can open MoonFlow with your PIN.
Troubleshooting
The app won't open or crashes
- Make sure you have the latest version installed
- Try clearing the app cache (Settings > Apps > MoonFlow > Clear Cache)
- If the issue persists, try reinstalling the app (backup your data first!)
Notifications aren't working
- Check that notifications are enabled in your device settings for MoonFlow
- Ensure battery optimization isn't blocking MoonFlow notifications
- Verify that "Do Not Disturb" mode isn't active
Data seems incorrect
- Double-check your entries for any errors
- Remember that cycle length can vary naturally
- If you've recently switched from another app, give MoonFlow a few cycles to learn your patterns
